The instrument is based on the analysis method of the national standard GB11893-89. After the water sample is oxidized and digested with potassium sulfate, the phosphorus containing compounds in it are converted into orthophosphate. In acidic media and the presence of antimony salt, orthophosphate reacts with ammonium molybdate to generate phosphomolybdate heteropoly acid, which is then immediately reduced by ascorbic acid to form a blue complex. Detect absorbance through the principle of photoelectric colorimetry, and calculate the concentration of total phosphorus in the water sample.
